Luxeover’s Refund Policy

Luxeover, at its complete discretion, will allow replacement or return of products within 15 days from the date of receiving the order. For consequent billing products, return for more than a single payment can be provided, if you request for it within the standard 15 days period.

Whenever customers reach us by email or phone, our first step is to help in getting customer service or technical support for them regarding the product. However, if you think that the product is unsatisfactory for you and the reasons are completely out of our control, the return of the order can be processed. If our customer requests return within 15 days of receiving the order, the money is refunded back to his account in whole.

  • Returns are credited back only to the account you used to make your purchase. If you have closed that account, then the purchase will not be eligible for return.
  • When you request a return within 15 days, you normally receive 100% refund. Payout from the sale is debited back to your account.
  • If you are requesting a return, do not forget to ensure that the product is in good physical condition and not tampered.

Luxeover has all the incentives to keep the customers happy, as the products delivered are of best quality possible. We will refund your money only under following circumstances:

  • If you provide valid reasons to request a return within 15 days of receiving the order
  • If you provide valid reports that the transaction was unauthorized and fraudulent
  • If the product you paid for is not available
  • For any reason that Luxeover deems appropriate

Luxeover’s Cancellation Policy

The customers can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. This will mean that no future billing will be charged to your account, and it will also not generate a refund. If you have paid for the cancelled item through your credit card, we will not charge it for the cancelled transaction. But if you have made your payment through your debit card or through net banking, then you should instruct your bank to stop the payment. Your amount will be refunded to your account within 2-5 business days. However, the time taken to receive the refund will depend on the processing time taken by your bank, which may be from 7 to 15 days. If the credit is not refunded within this time, you should check with your bank and inform us about any issues you might be facing.

Misuse of return policy

If we find that a customer requests repeated returns and refunds, he or she may be blocked from purchasing from our online store in future. Such customers may also get their right to return revoked.

Note to Luxeover customers

This Cancellation & Refund Policy is a part of the Luxeover customer contract. When you register to Luxeover and use Luxeover services, you acknowledge that you abide by this Cancellation & Refund Policy, and you agree to bind by the terms and conditions mentioned herewith. If you disagree with this policy, your only solution is to cease using Luxeover services and unsubscribe from its account.
