Before getting into the specifics, let’s make our shipping philosophy clear to you:

  • We want you to receive your shipment as speedily as feasible humanly
  • To keep the things simple and clear, we do not aim at gaining profit from shipping.

We initiate the shipping process only after 24 hours of receiving the order, giving some time to the customers if they have changed their mind and want to modify the order or want to cancel it. The merchandise is shipped through major and reliable courier agency that specializes in fast and secure delivery and at zero percent breakage or damage. Once you place your order, you are given a shipper’s reference code, which you can use to track your shipment online. In an unlikely event, if we are not able to deliver your item, be assured that you are not charged for it, or you will be refunded full amount of the item soon.

We are dedicated to deliver your product accurately, always on time, and in good physical condition.

Following are the terms of our shipping policy:

  • We ship your order within 3-5 business days after receiving the order. But in some cases, it may take longer depending on the Pin codes which we serve throughout India.
  • In case of delay in delivery of your order, we keep you updated of the current status and we reserve the right to cancel the order without prior notice and refund your paid amount.
  • Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, except Sundays and public holidays.
  • While we try to send all products in your order in one shipment only, this may not be possible always, probably due to stock availability and product characteristics.

In an event like this, we assure that you get replacement of your order as soon as possible.
  • You can track your order’s shipping status through your consignement number on courier company's website.
